Desktop App

Cytracom Desktop will bring voice functionality to users’ computers. The application will run in the browser, making it device- and OS-agnostic—with no installation, configuration or deployment needed. With Cytracom Desktop, users can make and receive calls, monitor presence, manage voicemail, send fax, and more.

Office365 Integration

Cytracom is focusing in on integrations this year and kicking off a new Integration Hub with Outlook365. With this first major integration, customers can turn Office365 cloud environments (or native Outlook) into a powerful communications hub. Now, they can do things like monitor presence, click-to-dial from contacts or emails, manage voicemail, and send fax—all within the business productivity tool they are already using

SMS

SMS functionality will add increased flexibility to Cytracom’s Mobile and Desktop applications. This intuitive texting feature will operate similar to Apple’s iMessage, allowing users to send and receive messages and documents.

Cytracom D2 Phone

The Cytracom D2 was built from the ground up for Cytracom’s proprietary platform. This sleek and sophisticated model arrives pre-provisioned to customers’ accounts and features centralized device management from the Cytracom portal. Plus, it features 24 real-time, digital presence indicators on a colorful LCD screen. Customers also have the option to upgrade to a WIFI-enabled device.

Cytracom Proposal Generator

Cytracom redesigned and streamlined its new customer proposal generator for partners.The wizard-driven proposal is simple and intuitive with enhanced functionality over the current process. Partners will receive immediate approval and have the ability to send proposals directly to customers with a brandable cover letter. The new proposal generator will greatly expedite the sales process and time to close.

Kaseya BMS Integration

A special integration just for MSPs—Cytracom now works seamlessly within Kaseya’s native PSA tool. MSPs can easily track tickets to calls, create tickets from calls, view associated contracts and even add recordings to ticket notes. It’s uniquely supported by Kaseya and built-in to the platform.
