Cytracom, a leading provider of cloud-based Voice over IP, has appointed Rusty Tillery as the Vice President of Engineering. Tillery will lead the engineering team as the company continues to expand its technical staff for new projects.

Prior to Cytracom, Tillery has held roles of increasing responsibilities leading business application management teams with Exela Technologies, BancTec, and EDS. He started his career at Texas Instruments and later worked at Anderson Consulting. Tillery received his BS, Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and his MBA, Management Information Systems from the Naveen School of Management at UT Dallas.
