We know many businesses are considering work-from-home options for their employees. Cytracom is prepared to help businesses seamlessly transition to a remote workforce. Below are options you may find helpful to use and share with your customers.
Move your phone - simply take home your Cytracom desk phone and plug it into your home network with an RJ45 (Ethernet) cable. Note you need to also take the AC adaptor for the phone if you do not have a Power over Ethernet (POE) switch.

Cytracom Mobile App - use either the iOS or Android Cytracom app to make and receive calls away from the office. You can download the apps in the App Store or Google Play store.
Forward your Calls/Use Find Me - forward all incoming calls to a mobile or landline phone where you will be working so you do not miss any calls.
Cytracom Desktop - you can also use Cytracom Desktop for Business Messaging with your remote workers and SMS/Text messaging with customers or vendors.
