(ALLEN) – Cytracom, a leading provider of cloud-based Voice over IP, celebrated the grand opening of its new corporate headquarters in Allen, Texas on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, becoming the third resident of the new AllenPlace office park.

The move to the 10,000 square-foot facility—which houses senior management, engineering, support, marketing and channel teams—comes as the 9-year-old company continues to build momentum in the business voice category.

“Allen and North Dallas have some of the top IT talent we need to staff our growing business,” said Zane Conkle, CEO of Cytracom. “Our rapid growth of customers and partners over the last two years necessitated our move to accommodate new employees.”

Much of Cytracom’s recent success can be attributed to its award-winning partner program, garnering such recognition as ASCII’s Best Partner Incentives, Best Revenue Generator, and Best Market Opportunity. Cytracom invests in partners as part of its mission to support and enable small-to-medium businesses with simple, yet advanced communication solutions.

“We believe every company deserves access to the tools it needs to reach its full potential,” said Conkle, “and we strive to make one of the most critical tools, advanced phone service, easy for companies to buy, sell and use.”

At the opening and ribbon cutting ceremony, Cytracom featured local vendors from its new Allen, TX home. The company also welcomed community leaders,

“Cytracom is a welcome addition to the city of Allen,” said Dan Bowman, Executive Director/CEO of Allen Economic Development Corporation. “It is the type of technology company that will benefit greatly from Allen’s highly skilled workforce and access to top-tier amenities like the neighboring Watters Creek Center.”
